Welcome to The FORE Tour, a 3-day golf tournament created to accommodate the simple man who desires a much needed getaway to golf, party, and FOrget about REality for a while. This is the getaway where you put everyday life aside, where you put your problems & stressors away, and where a group of guys with similar interests get together for a "Tournament unlike no other!". Throughout the years, The Tour prides itself on making it the best golf weekend you can ever experience. A one-time trip makes you wanting & wishing for next year's invitation!

While attending the Tour, you'll have the privilege of playing in 3 different Tournaments on 3 different courses, all SCRAMBLE formats. Your accommodations will be in a Mansion where JFK stayed, or a huge house that sleeps 12-14, with catered breakfast meals before golf. You'll also have the opportunity to earn awards, rewards, and bragging rights for your performance, earn your place at the Medal Ceremonies and in the Medal Room, as well as receive complimentary gifts & perks in honor of your dedication to the Tour. And not to mention, the new friendships, the laughs, and the memories you'll make will be priceless! This is only the beginning...

Tour History
The FORE Tour was founded in 2014 by Mike Kaminski, who wanted to create a fun golf tournament that was different than most golf fundraisers, tournaments, leagues, or getaways. His vision came from his past experience he had attending a similar golf getaway that was on a much smaller scale.

In 2006/07, Mike attended this getaway down in New Philadelphia, OH with some co-workers and other guests. On this 3-day golf scramble weekend, he golfed 3 different courses, stayed 2 nights in a hotel, enjoyed a steak dinner night, and earned cash from golf skins. His mentor and dear friend, "Uncle" Russ Ulrich, was the main reason he was able to experience "such a thing" as this!
Mike always wanted to do something like this with his friends. When Russ passed away, Mike wanted to honor his friend by moving forward with the idea. So, he booked the first 3-day trip, originally called the "Masters Weekend Scramble", down in New Philadelphia where the trip infrastructure was very familiar. The first year setup was very similar to his old trip, but he added some things to make the event even more special. Champion medals were added to be reward the daily champions, along with a medal ceremony each day for recognition and ball-busting pride. In addition to skins, he created the game "Deuces" to reward teams that scored "2's" on holes. He also made sure teams were created using fair calibers and that players would only golf with another player one time the whole weekend. The golf getaway was a huge success, but it was only the beginning.

The following year, Mike came across a hidden gem that wasn't well known... Pine Lakes Golf Club and it's Play & Stay Package that incorporates the Penn-Ohio Golf Trail. Instead of the hotel, we we're now in a 28 bed Mansion & 12 bed Chalet with personal breakfast service. We had access to 3 times as many golf courses. The possibilities of taking the getaway to another level was there, and Mike ran with it. A new brand was created... The FORE Tour. Our first ever guy's weekend of golf, partying, eating like kings and not thinking about work, women, or worries, caused us to FOrget REality. Hence, the FORE Tour became the official name and the rest of it is history...

About: The MPL is the biggest tournament of the 3 and creates Major champs from traditional golf play.

The Players Tournament
About: The PT is a tournament dedicated to the Tour players and highly rewards them by performance.
When: Saturday, Day 3

Accommodations
The FORE Tour reserves it's golf package and accommodations through Pine Lakes Golf Club in Hubbard, OH. Hubbard is just over an hour drive from the Independence/Brecksville area. The accommodations we receive as part of our package are as follows:

1) GOLF: 3 Rounds of golf (18 holes) with access to 60 golf courses to choose from on the Penn-Ohio Trail (11 private).
2) STAY: 2-night stay at the Pine Lakes Club Mansion. The Mansion sleeps 28, all individual beds, with 9 bathrooms/showers, and 3 entertainment areas. We also have The Chalet which sleeps 12 located 4-min from the Mansion.
3) BREAKFAST: Staff comes in and cooks us breakfast both mornings; eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, french toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc.
4) DRIVING RANGE: Free driving range token at Pine Lakes GC.
